Payment and Shipping

The value added tax (VAT)

All prices stated including VAT as long as not otherwise declared. We will charge VAT for all deliveries in Germany and deliveries in other countries in the EU as long as there is no VAT registration number of the receiver. We will not charge VAT for all deliveries outside the EU. If VAT is charged, it will be displayed in detail in the bill.

EU (without Germany)

We will charge a flatrate for postage in countries inside the EU except Germany that depends on the country the parcel shall be sent to:

Zone I = € 7,95:

Austria (A), Netherlands (NL)

Zone II = € 9,95:

Belgium (B), Denmark (DK), France (F), Great Britain (GB), Luxembourg (L)

Zone III = € 15,00:

Italy (I), Sweden (S)

Zone IV = € 20,00:

Czech Republic (CZ), Finland (FIN), Greece (GR), Ireland (IRL), Poland (PL), Portugal (P), Slovak Republic (SK), Slovenia (SLO), Spain (E)

Zone V = € 30,00:

Cyprus (CY), Estonia (EST), Hungary (H), Latvia (LV), Lithuania (LT), Malta (M)

NON-EU Europe

Switzerland, Monaco, Jersey, Guernsey

For deliveries to Switzerland and Monaco, Jersey and Guernsey we charge a flat rate of 20,00 € excluding VAT.

Norway

For deliveries to Norway we charge a flat rate of 25,00 € excluding VAT.

Ceuta, Canary Islands, Liechtenstein

For deliveries to Liechtenstein and the Canary Islands and Ceuta we charge 17,00 € excluding VAT for a parcel with 0,5 kilogram weight. Each additional 0.5 kilograms costs 1.00 € extra.

Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, Iceland, Gibraltar, Kazakhstan, Turkey, Ukraine

For deliveries to Turkey, Ukraine and to Bosnia-Herzegovina, Iceland, Gibraltar, Kazakhstan, Croatia we charge 20,00 € excluding VAT for a parcel with 0,5 kilogram weight. Each additional 0.5 kilograms cost 1.50 € extra.

Worldwide (besides EU, USA /Canada)

We will charge € 26,00 excluding VAT for a parcel with 0,5 kilogram weight. Each additional 0.5 kilograms cost 3.60 € extra.

Payment within the European Union

VISA & MASTERCARD

The order needs to exceed € 20.-. The expiration date of the card must be at least 2 months after the date the order is placed. Please also state the last three digits, found on the signature plate on the reverse side of your credit card.

Advance payment

You will receive a proforma invoice - once issued, the order can not be altered. We will delay the shipment until receipt of payment.

All prices stated include the German VAT which we will automatically deduct from the value. When importing the goods you may need to pay local customs duties or VAT.
