If the mounting of the sprocket cush drive is worn, in the past the whole wheel hub had to be replaced, on SR500 with cast wheels even the whole rear wheel - our conversion avoids renewed wear at this point in the beginning, as the susceptible plain bearing is changed to a more sensible ball bearing!
The scope of delivery includes all necessary small parts, new wheel bearings, a spacer sleeve and a dust cover; if the cush drive rubbers are worn, please order them at the same time
For the conversion we need the rear wheel hub and the chainring mount without sprocket. Please leave the wheel bearings mounted!
For complete rear wheels as well as for cast wheels we charge 20 Euro more for the increased workload
If the wheel hub or sprocket cush drive is dirty on delivery, we charge an additional cleaning fee of 20 Euros
